ThinkRoster stores your profile, entered AI account details, tasks, planning preferences, and AI planning results. Each workspace belongs to the signed-in user. Authentication and application data are hosted with Neon; the application is hosted on Vercel.

What the planner sees

When an invited user requests AI planning, their unfinished tasks, entered account usage, preferences, and request are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to the configured model provider. Do not enter passwords, API keys, or sensitive material in task descriptions. Capacity planning uses rules within the app and does not call a model.

Account usage

Usage and subscription costs are entered by you. ThinkRoster does not sign into your AI subscriptions, inspect their conversations, or verify their current allowances. A reset time is a reminder to check, not confirmation that capacity has refilled.

Your controls

Export your workspace from Preferences. Remove tasks and accounts from their edit screens; account removal requires moving or removing its assigned tasks first. Your browser session is managed with secure authentication cookies. AI access is currently invitation-only.
